Client and Hosting provider will honor the terms below during the contract terms unless otherwise agreed between parties.
Length of Service:
1. Initial deposit, if any shall be due in advance of any service provided.
2. Service shall begin immediately following such payment or agreement date as agreed between parties.
3. This Agreement is under automatic renewal terms and may only be cancelled with written notice no
later than 30 days prior to the end of Term renewal date.
4. Renewal prices are subject to change. Service Provider will provide notice upon such change taking place.
5. Renewal fees for the following term will be automatically invoiced to Client’s account.
6. Hosting Provider is in agreement to refrain from recompiling, disassembling, decoding, or reverse engineering of any Company program, code or technology belonging to Service Owner.
7. Service Owner holds current rights to use any applicable trademarks or copyrighted material used in connection with this service while service agreement is in effect.
8. We prohibit the use of ANY of our services for...
- Phishing or engaging in identity theft
- Distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code
- Promoting, distributing, downloading, and/or storing of child pornography
- Promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities
- Promoting or facilitating attacks to or from our services, including but not limited to, Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Distributing, publishing, sending, or facilitating the sending of unsolicited mass e-mail or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations
- Monitoring, crawling, or scanning of systems without express permission
Client may terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion upon the occurrence of one or more
of the following events:
1) Failure to comply with any and all terms listed above.
2) Bankruptcy of either party
3) Service is reported for abuse and the report is found to be true.
If any terms are found unenforceable in these terms all other terms shall remain in full effect and shall not
be altered unless previously agreed between parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any and all court proceedings regarding this service
hosting agreement will take place at said state with travel expenses not being reimbursed for either party.
If for any reason a service is cancelled. Refunds will only be provided for services cancelled within 2 days of the purchase/renewal date. Refunds are only to be given if ToS is compiled with failure to comply with ToS will result in no refund being given.

These terms are subjected to change at any given time with notice to all users. Failure to abide to them will result in a suspension and possible ban from our services.
